Remember, our services are not available in countries or jurisdictions where their use is unlawful.

4. Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you can return the product within fourteen (14) days from the purchase date, provided it's in new and unused condition. For more details, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy:

Simply send back the product with its accessories and packaging, along with the original receipt (or gift receipt), within 14 days of receiving it, and we'll gladly exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. Note that products can only be returned in the country where they were originally purchased.

Our products contain essential oils embedded in solid bioplastic made from natural ingredients. Should you encounter any issues with a product purchased from us, just let us know. We'll either repair any defects or replace the product. If, for any reason, we can't fix or replace it in a reasonable time, you'll receive a full refund upon returning the product to us. We'll take care of shipping the repaired or replaced products back to you, while you'll be responsible for return shipment to us.
