Returns
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns on solid perfumes or fragrance products once they have been opened or used.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us with-in 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can assist you promptly. If an item is confirmed to be damaged or incorrect, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on availability.
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
