Orders are processed with-in 2-4 business days. Al items are prepared and packed with care before shipping. If we can ship out same day, we will. If you need your order sooner than the 2-4 business days, please contact us at tonyaleslie@eco-scentric.com

Shipping Methods

We ship via USPS and UPS dependent on best rates and shipping times. We provide you with a tracking number once your order ships.

Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary based on location and carrier. Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days after shipment.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed off to the carrier, Eco-Scentric is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider.
